Visit to South Korea by NHL, Bill Daly says: NHLPA no big deal

News Tuesday that authorities from the NHL, NHL Players’ Association and IIHF are going by the hockey offices for the 2018 South Korea Olympics doesn’t transform anything about the group’s cooperation in the Winter Games, Bill Daly said.

The visit to the offices this week was arranged in September.

“Just the same old thing new on this front,” Daly, the NHL’s agent chief, told through email Tuesday. “The present site visit was initially discussed and booked when the gatherings were in Toronto together amid the World Cup of Hockey. The difficulties that we have talked about openly in the past continue as before.”
