PARIS: Gael Monfils secured a lady spot at the World Tour Finals on Thursday, securing the 6th place in the eight-man field in London after opponent Dominic Thiem was vanquished at the Vienna competition.
French 30-year-old Monfils joins Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka, Milos Raonic and Kei Nishikori in the November 13-20 competition.
